Link: Computerworld > Seven years for Stephen Richards.
The verdict is out and Kiwi software Executive Stephen Richards is to serve 7 years in a US prison for fraud. Looks like he will end up doing it tougher than CEO, Sanjay Kumar. Because Richards is not a US citizen he has no rights to serve his time in a minimum security prison facility. I can only assume this means he will go to a maximum security prison in California and into general population which doesn't sound very good at all.
